Automatic email forwarding to external recipients to be blocked

This summer, the University of Missouri System’s IT division is changing processes involving employee IDs and Outlook. Please be aware that these changes may affect you or new employees who are starting throughout the summer.
Beginning Wednesday, June 22, all methods to set up automatic email forwarding to external recipients will be prohibited and blocked. Users may still forward emails manually to internal and external recipients by using the “Forward” option in their email clients. Automatic forwarding rules that forward to internal recipients (individuals within the UM System) will not be affected by this change.
