Looking for an upper-level social science course related to science and technology? In the fall semester, the Department of History and Political Science will be offering two such courses in the fall. First, History 3534, History of Medieval and Early Modern Science will look at scientific developments in the Middle Ages, Renaissance, and Scientific Revolution; for now, the department will accept any 1000-level history course as a prerequisite for this class. Or if you want to learn how STEM companies and innovators can better work with politicians and policy makers in making groundbreaking advances, you can take Sci 4320, Policy for Science, Technology, and Innovation.
