As part of a newly created S&T Leadership Development Program for staff and faculty, the Project Management course is being offered to individuals who may be interested in pursuing a managerial or leadership role.
This course is instructed by Dr. Susan Murray, professor of psychological science. It is offered virtually and open for registration. The course lasts 4 weeks, May 23 – June 20, and includes an estimated 8 hours of work.
Participants will be introduced to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting – the basics of project management. The unique challenges of managing a project team are included. The class ends with monitoring cost, schedule, and performance during the life of a project.
