MOBIUS services to continue beyond April 15 during transition

MOBIUS services for Missouri S&T students, faculty and staff will continue beyond April 15 while library staff at S&T and the other University of Missouri System libraries continue migrating and institutionalizing new catalog software, says Roger Weaver, interim dean of S&T’s Curtis Laws Wilson Library. Previously, it was announced that all UM System campuses would temporarily suspend the borrowing and lending of materials through MOBIUS starting April 15.
All UM System library users will be able to keep privileges at all MOBIUS libraries, Weaver says. When the university launches a new catalog on Wednesday, June 1, there will be a link to the MOBIUS catalog in each UM System Library Catalog.
