Missouri Music and Musicians concert set for May 7

Leach Theatre announces a special concert presentation, titled “Missouri Music and Musicians” 8 p.m. Saturday, May 7, performed by Carolbeth True & Friends, a six-piece ensemble of St. Louis musicians.
The concert will feature ragtime, blues, jazz, R&B, rock, and pop, including music by Chuck Berry, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Clark Terry, Scott Joplin, and Tina Turner – performed by Carolbeth True & Friends.
A reception will take place before the event from 7-8 p.m. in the Leach Theatre lobby. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served. Ticket holders are welcome to attend this reception.
Tickets cost $5 for S&T students, $10 for S&T faculty and staff, and $15 for the general public.
