Passing of former S&T vice chancellor Neil Smith

Neil Kingston Smith, former vice chancellor of alumni and development at S&T, died March 17. He was 81. A Celebration of Life event will be held in Rolla on Saturday, April 23.
Smith joined the university in 1971 serving in the administrative services department, where he was promoted to vice chancellor of administrative services and then promoted to vice chancellor of alumni and development. He earned an MBA in 1970 from Washington University. See Smith’s full obituary online.
