Staff Council is asking departments to help with the 2022 spring Staff Appreciation Day. This year’s “chillin’ and grillin’” themed celebration is an opportunity to recognize staff for their exceptional contributions and dedication to the university.

To participate in any option, please complete the online form.

Ways to help with this year’s event include:

• Department-sponsored basket of non-perishable items for a raffle
  • All funds raised from the raffle will go toward next year’s event.
  • Per fiscal services, this is an acceptable expense for departments. Use the PS account code 742000 when reconciling.
• Department participation in the staff day video
• Department participation in a  scavenger hunt Monday, May 23, and Tuesday, May 24.
  • Staff can explore what participating departments have to offer in the days prior to Staff Day.
  • Participating departments can provide swag, a sweet treat, or an experience or tour.
  • Staff members will receive a passport to have stamped when visiting the participating departments. Participants will turn in their passports on Staff Day for a prize drawing.

A Staff Council member will contact you for next steps involved for video or scavenger hunter participation.
