The Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) thanks everyone at S&T who attended the Innovation in Teaching and Learning Conference (ITLC) on March 17.

Since 2008, the higher education community and K-12 educators in the region have recognized S&T as the destination conference for impactful professional development opportunities. The conference program has evolved to reflect emerging trends in technology applications in higher education and shared expertise in online teaching experiences, best practices, and emerging educational strategies.

This year the conference welcomed 212 registered attendees from 75 academic institutions, including 80 registrants who participated online. The remote attendees were able to access the live opening keynote address by Flower Darby and the closing plenary session featuring award-winning instructors from the University of Missouri System. The video recordings of plenary session and panels will be posted on the conference website, cafe.mst.edu/itlc/.
