Students to perform ‘Gruesome Playground Injuries’

S&T students will perform Rajiv Joseph’s “Gruesome Playground Injuries” at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, and Saturday, Feb. 26, in the Black Box Theatre in 143 Castleman Hall.

S&T students will perform Rajiv Joseph’s “Gruesome Playground Injuries” at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, and Saturday, Feb. 26, in the Black Box Theatre in 143 Castleman Hall. The performances will be directed by Taylor Gruenloh, assistant teaching professor of theatre. The story follows the lives of childhood friends Kayleen and Doug over the course of 30 years. The production contains mature content and is recommended for audiences age 17 and older.

Tickets are $10 for the public and $5 for Missouri S&T faculty, staff and students with a valid S&T ID, and may be purchased at the Leach Theatre Box Office, located inside the main entrance of Castleman Hall, facing 10th Street. The Leach Theatre Box Office is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets can also be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online or by phone.
