Yoga, game night, mental health screenings with counselors, a local life coach’s presentation on self-care, giveaways, trainings and a day hanging out with dogs are just a few of the events that are part of Mental Well-being Awareness Week, which began Monday, Feb. 21. Mental well-being awareness week is hosted by Student Well-being, the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business, Phi Beta Sigma, Delta Sigma and University Police.
