Book club to discuss Langston Hughes’ poetry today

The book club hosted by the Writing Center and Sigma Tau Delta will discuss selected poems by Langston Hughes at 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28, in Room 113 of Campus Support Facility. Poems to be discussed include “Mother to Son,” “Let America Be America Again,” “The Weary Blues,” and “If-ing.”
All poems are available online. Participants are also encouraged to read Hughes’ essay, “My Adventures as a Social Poet.”
