Joan Nesbitt named vice chancellor at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee

Joan Nesbitt, vice chancellor of University Advancement at Missouri S&T since April 2011, has been named vice chancellor for development and alumni relations at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee effective Feb. 7.
“Joan has accomplished much for our university over the past decade-plus, and she has been a vital part of our leadership team,” says Chancellor Mo Dehghani. “I wish her all the best in her new role with UWM.”
Dehghani will soon announce an interim to oversee University Advancement and will begin a national search for the next vice chancellor.
