Leach Theatre Step Challenge begins next week

Beginning next Tuesday, Leach Theatre’s 15,000-step step challenge takes place 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday through Feb. 17. During this time, the walkways, aisles, and 180 steps in the theatre, as well as steps and walkways on both levels of Castleman Hall, will be available to S&T faculty, staff and students for competitive indoor exercise.
Your 15,000 steps can be redeemed for a ticket to one of the remaining shows in the Campus Performing Arts Series 2021-22 season: The Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, or The Drifters and The Platters.
To participate, check in with your university ID at the Leach Theatre Box Office. Step counters that can be used include pedometers, phone apps and wearable fitness trackers such as FitBits.
