The S&T community is invited to participate in open forums as searches begin for three academic dean positions at Missouri S&T. The searches will occur simultaneously, with the goal of having the three deans on board prior to the start of the fall 2022 semester.

Join the forums at the following dates and times:

• Dean of the College of Engineering and Computing Search Open Forum, 9-10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, via Zoom
• Dean of the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business Search Open Forum, 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, via Zoom
• Founding Dean of the Kummer College of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Development, 9-10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 13, via Zoom

The open forums will provide a listening session for the S&T community to help the recruitment team and the search committees gain a better understanding of what they are looking for in the next dean, such as desired traits, characteristics and experiences.

After attending the forums, please share your opinion by taking a brief survey by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14. The survey links are available at provost.mst.edu/searches.
