Passing of Eric Mathews

The Missouri S&T community is saddened to learn of the death of Eric Mathews, groundskeeper for facilities services. Eric served S&T for 12 years and maintained most of the athletic fields.
A visitation for family and friends will be held noon-2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, at the Null & Son Funeral Home in Rolla. The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m., followed by interment in the Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Members of Missouri S&T’s counseling staff are available to assist members of the S&T community affected by Eric’s passing. Those who wish to seek counseling services may contact the student wellbeing office by calling 341-4211. Additional counseling and support information is available at wellbeing.mst.edu and via the UM System’s Employee Assistance Program.
