Missouri S&T will hold a flu shot clinic 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26, in the Meramec and Gasconade rooms of the Havener Center. Appointments are required. Please register online. You will receive a confirmation email for each appointment you schedule.

Faculty, staff, dependents (children age 7 and older accompanied by a parent or guardian) and retirees enrolled in a University of Missouri medical plan are eligible to receive the vaccination.

Follow these tips for attending a flu shot clinic:

• Wear a loose-fitting, short-sleeved shirt
• Follow masking and physical distancing guidelines
• Please bring your insurance card, employee ID, your appointment confirmation email (can be digital) and the completed vaccine administration form to your vaccination appointment
• Appointments are spread out to allow greater social distancing and to allow for efficient workflow. Therefore, please arrive no more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will not be checked into your appointment earlier.
