Flags to fly at half-staff Sept. 11

In recognition of Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance, the United States flag and the Missouri state flag shall be flown at half-staff at all government buildings statewide on Saturday, Sept. 11, from sunrise until sunset. This is to honor and remember the nearly 3,000 individuals who lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attacks against the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.
