Best Paper Award at human factors conference goes to S&T researchers

A paper by S&T researchers, titled “Determining Patient Satisfaction Indicators in a Rural Wound Care Center” received the 2021 Best Paper Award from the Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics conference.
Authors are:
- Dr. Susan Murray, chair and professor of psychological science
- Dr. Clair Kueny, assistant professor of psychological science
- Dr. Elizabeth Cudney, former S&T faculty member in engineering management and systems engineering.
