Reminder to voluntarily submit vaccination information to online database

To help campus officials better understand the percentage of our campus population that have been vaccinated against COVID-19, Missouri S&T is asking faculty and staff who have been fully vaccinated to voluntarily provide their information through the COVID Vaccine Uploader in myHR. You will need to upload a photo of your vaccination card as proof of vaccination. In addition, students are encouraged to report their vaccination record via S&T’s Student Health Portal, mst.studenthealthportal.com.
