Professor publishes, gives talk on Russian language

Dr. Irina Ivliyeva’s paper titled “Potential Units of Verb Synthesis: Properties and Possibilities (on the Material of the Russian Verbs of Sound)” was published in Interactive Sciences in July.

The professor’s article is the fifth in a series of thematically connected articles that evaluate the viability and productivity of word formation synthesis concepts in application to the Russian language system.

In May, Ivliyeva delivered a plenary address titled “Computer Technologies as a Factor in Optimizing the Process of Developing Communication Skills in Blended and Distance Teaching of Russian as a Foreign Language” for the International Research and Practicum Conference named “Modern Russian Language: Functions and Teaching Methodology” in Budapest, Hungary (via Zoom).
