Grad student places third with space symposium presentation

Jecee Jarman, a 2018 graduate in civil engineering from S&T and a current Ph.D. student, won third place in the student presentation category of the National Space and Missile Materials Symposium (NSMMS) and Commercial and Government Responsive Access to Space Technology Exchange (CRASTE). The event was held virtually in June.

Jarman’s presentation was titled “Characterization and Weldability of Refractory Metal-Ceramic Joints.”
