Flags to fly at half-staff

By order of Gov. Mike Parson, all flags at government buildings statewide will be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Saturday, Aug. 14, in honor of United States Marine Corps Corporal Dalton Wayne Pierson, of Jefferson City, Missouri, who died in the line of duty.
