Flags at half-staff

By order of President Joseph R. Biden Jr., U.S. and Missouri flags at all government buildings statewide will be flown at half-staff until sunset on Monday, Aug. 30, in honor of and to pay our respects to the U.S. service members and other victims killed in the terrorist attack on Aug. 26 in Kabul, Afghanistan.
