Victoria Hagni’s short film, titled Folies a deux/Pas de deux, was an official selection for the 2021 Indie Shorts Mag Short Film Festival, held on July 13. The film is an adaptation from a theatrical play written by Kevin D. Ferguson, and featured Amanda Toye, a 2019 S&T graduate in geological engineering, as a lead actor.

Several S&T community members assisted with the production. Hagni directed the film. Haley Jenkins, an S&T student, served as a crew member. Dr. Kyle Wernke, assistant teaching professor of music, served as the film’s musical composer. Taylor Gruenloh, assistant teaching professor of arts, languages and philosophy, was responsible for connecting Hagni to playwright Kevin Ferguson through his spring 2020 theater class on directing.
