COVID-19 vaccine clinic set for Aug. 25

In partnership with Phelps Health, Missouri S&T will host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic with the Pfizer vaccine 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. Appointments are not required; just drop in. Please complete this consent form and bring it with you to the clinic.
Second-dose clinics
- Clinic No. 1. The second dose for those vaccinated at the first clinic will be administered 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, in the same location. If you get the first dose on Aug. 18, please plan to get the second dose on Sept. 8.
- Clinic No. 2. The second dose for those vaccinated at the second clinic will be administered 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, in the same location. If you get the first dose on Aug. 25, please plan to get the second dose on Sept. 15.
