Be a part of history with 150th time capsule

You’re invited to submit ideas for the 150th anniversary time capsule, which is set to be sealed this semester with instructions to be opened during S&T’s bicentennial in 2071. The S&T and Rolla community are invited to be a part of the university’s history by submitting suggestions for items to be included in the time capsule. Some suggestions received thus far include a 2020 St. Pat’s sweatshirt, a copy of Forged in Gold: Missouri S&T’s First 150 Years, commemorative memorabilia from S&T’s 150th anniversary, and challenge coins from the Rolla Police Department and City of Rolla Fire and Rescue.
Enter the competition
Win the chance to add your own personal treasures or memories into the time capsule. Ten winners will be selected to add their own items to a 3-inch cube. For more information on entering the competition and submitting ideas, visit 150.mst.edu/time-capsule.
