All S&T centrally scheduled conference rooms will be closed this weekend for technology maintenance. Updates will be pushed to the computers in each of the 40 conference rooms during this time.
If you have meetings scheduled in a conference room in the morning on Monday, July 12, please check the computer equipment before the meeting if possible. If the computer equipment appears to be frozen, the meeting may need to be moved to another location or rescheduled for the afternoon.
The information technology (IT) staff can remotely identify if any conference rooms require a technician to visit and complete the updates in person. Any update failures are expected to be resolved by noon Monday, July 12.
