Residential life leader earns Ph.D.

Dr. Joni Burch, associate director for residential life, successfully defended her dissertation exploring student perceptions of independent living skills development as a result of the residence hall experience on campus.

She earned her doctorate degree from the educational leadership and policy analysis department at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
