Give feedback on vice provost of academic support candidates

Virtual open forums with finalists for the position of vice provost of academic support began this week. The campus community is invited to provide feedback on the finalists via an online form.
The final forum will be held 1:45-2:45 p.m. Thursday, May 20, with Dr. Beth Concepcion, assistant provost for strategic engagement at Oglethorpe University’s Hammack School of Business in Atlanta, via Zoom at umsystem.zoom.us/j/92462841560?pwd=T09XNGF1TVVFQW1LUmZMZjdJRDYzdz09.
Forums were held earlier in the week with candidates Dr. Kathy Northcut, interim vice provost of academic support and professor of English and technical communication at S&T, and Dr. Muhammad Rahman, the Sam Bloomfield Chair and professor in mechanical engineering, and Dean’s Fellow for new strategic initiatives at Wichita State University.
