Attend forums, give feedback on vice provost of academic support candidates

Virtual open forums with finalists for the position of vice provost of academic support began this week. The campus community is invited to attend the virtual forums and provide feedback via an online form.
The first forum with a candidate was held yesterday with Dr. Kathy Northcut, interim vice provost of academic support and professor of English and technical communication at S&T.
The next two forums will be held:
- 1:45-2:45 p.m. today (Tuesday, May 18) with Dr. Muhammad Rahman, the Sam Bloomfield Chair and professor in mechanical engineering, and Dean’s Fellow for new strategic initiatives at Wichita State University, via Zoom at umsystem.zoom.us/j/98781565827?pwd=eis5bm00UFJXTGxvN1Z1QnZNU2o4dz09
- 1:45-2:45 p.m. Thursday, May 20, with Dr. Beth Concepcion, assistant provost for strategic engagement at Oglethorpe University’s Hammack School of Business in Atlanta, via Zoom at umsystem.zoom.us/j/92462841560?pwd=T09XNGF1TVVFQW1LUmZMZjdJRDYzdz09.
