Volunteer for spring commencement

Volunteers are needed to help staff graduation ceremonies Friday, May 14, and Saturday, May 15. Volunteering provides a great opportunity to interact with students, their families, and other faculty and staff who make commencement happen.
Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:
- 4-7:30 p.m. Friday, May 14, for the 6 p.m. ceremony
- 7:15-10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 15, for the 9 a.m. ceremony
- 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 15, for the noon ceremony
- 1:30-5 p.m. Saturday, May 15, for the 3 p.m. ceremony.
If you are an exempt employee and your supervisor allows, you can flex time that week.
