Expert to discuss addressing workplace conflict on April 29

Dr. Clair Reynolds-Kueny, assistant professor of psychological science, will give a talk titled “Identifying and Addressing Workplace Bullying and Conflict: An Evidence-Based Approach” noon-12:30 p.m. April 29. Register for the talk.
Reynolds-Kueny will discuss negative interpersonal dynamics in the workplace, how to identify negative behaviors and research on the effects on employees and the organization. She will provide evidence-based guidance on how employees, leaders and organizations can address and reduce these behaviors at work.
