Dr. Amy Belfi, assistant professor of psychological science, is a recipient of the 2020 Rising Star award from the Association for Psychological Science. The APS Rising Star designation recognizes outstanding psychological scientists in the earliest stages of their post-Ph.D. research careers.

An announcement will be made in the organization’s publication and on its website along with other new Rising Stars.

Previously, she was a postdoctoral associate in the department of psychology at NYU and earned her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Iowa.
