Join watch party, discussion of ‘Suffragette’

Join student diversity initiative’s Netflix party at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, to watch “Suffragette.” The film portrays women’s dangerous fight for their right to vote in early 20th-century Britain. Please register online. Registrants will be emailed the Netflix party code and instructions on March 10.
Join in a virtual discussion about the movie at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 16. Dr. Kate Sheppard, associate professor of history and political science at S&T, will lead the discussion. The event will feature a raffle for virtual student attendees to win a Missouri S&T sweatshirt. Please register online.
