Dr. Jeff Cawlfield, professor of geosciences and geological and petroleum engineering, hadn’t taught in a classroom setting for nearly seven years, he says in this video produced by the Center of Advancing Faculty (CAFE). Cawlfield says his decision to ask his students to take a mid-semester feedback survey last year was beneficial for the remainder of his class.
