Puck and plaza construction underway

For nearly 50 years, the campus gathering place known as the Puck has been the site of hundreds of student activities, from St. Pat’s events to political rallies. Now a group of donors has provided funding to transform the Puck into a campus landmark honoring the legacy of former Missouri S&T Chancellor John F. “Jack” Carney III.
Construction is underway on the Jack Carney Puck and Plaza. This project will include renovating the south end of the Puck, adding new entrance sidewalks leading up from the south, replacing concrete, and adding seating and new landscaping.
