AnyConnect VPN tool decommission

The virtual private network (VPN) tool, AnyConnect, will be decommissioned and no longer available for use after the holiday break. A replacement tool, OpenVPN is available now. Upon return from the holiday break in January, connecting to the S&T network using OpenVPN for any offsite access to campus network drives will be required.
