Join the Student Union Board (SUB) for free in-person and online events throughout November. To learn more SUB events or to get Zoom links and updates, check out the SUB website or Facebook page. 

The events include:

Friday, Nov. 6
SUB will bring back its succulent event, this semester named “Gardens of the Galaxy” from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. or until supplies run out outside the Havener Center. That night, join the Residence Hall Association (RHA) for decorating via Zoom and win prizes.

Friday through Sunday, Nov. 6-8
SUB will host its annual Laughfest with a different comedian each night beginning at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 11, and Saturday, Nov. 14
SUB will host online music concerts with two different artists. The artists will be announced at a later date.

Thursday, Nov. 12
SUB will host its final trivia night for the semester, starting at 7 p.m. Large prizes will go to the top three winners.

Friday, Nov. 13
Enjoy a drive-in fireworks show with spooky music starting at 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Gale Bullman Building.

Wednesday, Nov. 18
SUB will host drag queen bingo via Zoom with several prizes for students. Stay tuned to find out who the host will be.

Thursday, Nov. 19
SUB will host a movie, Detective Pikachu, at 7 p.m. in St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center. The event will feature free snacks, drinks, a prize raffle and stuffed Pokemon giveaways.

All in-person events will feature COVID-19 safety measures to keep students, faculty, and staff safe and healthy. Face coverings will always be required, as well as social distancing, temperature checking and regular disinfecting of high-touch areas. Students will also need to check in using their Campus Corq App for most events, to reduce interaction with others.
