Learn about CAFE funding opportunities, research help from IT

This semester’s final Early Career Faculty Forum will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, via Zoom. The forum will focus on funding opportunities from the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) and IT research help.
CAFE offers several internal funding opportunities to early career faculty. Staff members will discuss the application process and answer questions. Cynthia Germeroth and Perry Koob, staff members on IT’s academic technology support team, will discuss the support that IT provides for researchers who work with data. Examples of support include data preparation (text mining), data manipulation and visualization, and data storage assistance.
