Website, social media icons, email signature changes reflect 150th anniversary

Expect to see some modifications to the S&T website this week as the gateway design, header and footer change to reflect the 150th anniversary of our founding. In addition, Missouri S&T’s social media icons will be updated to reflect this modified visual identity, and a new email signature design to commemorate S&T’s 150th anniversary will be available via the email signature creator on S&T’s brand website.
Missouri S&T was founded in 1870 as the Missouri School of Mines and Metallurgy, and first classes were held in November 1871. The 150th anniversary officially kicks off during Homecoming Week with an hour-long Facebook Live celebration starting at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15.
