Join Dr. William Schonberg, professor of civil, architectural and environmental engineering, for a talk titled “Heavens, What A Mess!” 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, via Zoom. He will discuss space junk – which includes approximately 20,000 items in near-earth space that are not satellites.
This talk is one of several virtual events during Extension and Engagement Week 2020. This week-long celebration — with events from all four UM System campuses — will showcase the impact of extension programming and university engagement on addressing Missouri’s challenges in economic opportunity, educational excellence and access, and health and well-being.
