Corns elected ASEM fellow

Dr. Steven Corns has been elected to the 2020 class of American Society for Engineering Management Fellows. Corns is the associate chair of graduate studies and an associate professor of engineering management and systems engineering.

Candidates must have eight years of continuous membership in ASEM with significant service to the engineering management profession, demonstrated engineering management accomplishments, and continuing distinguished service and contributions to the society.

Within ASEM, Corns has served as an author for the engineering management body of knowledge (EMBOK) and track chair for several ASEM International Association Conferences. Corns is known at the ASEM conference for his work with S&T’s engineering management and systems engineering graduate program. He has received the ASEM Founders Award multiple times as associate chair of graduate programs.
