Missouri S&T Intramural Staff have announced the dates and deadlines for the upcoming fall slow pitch softball season.

The deadline for team registration is Friday, September 11, and the deadline for players to sign-up and join a team is Tuesday, September 15. The season will begin September 13 and go through September 23. Teams and players may register and sign-up through IMLeagues.com.

Campus Intramurals are offering the following leagues: Men’s Greek, Men’s Championship, Women’s Championship, Co-Rec, and Just for Fun. A minimum of eight (8) players are required on each team. Games are played on Sundays from 5-11:00pm and Monday-Thursday from 6-11:00pm with teams given the option to block out certain times they do not want to be scheduled. Games last around 50 minutes. Participation is open to any student, faculty, or staff with an S&T ID or Government Issued ID.

Additionally, S&T Intramurals are currently hiring student workers to umpire softball games for the fall season. No prior officiating experience is required, but familiarity with the game of baseball or softball is helpful. Students can expect to work approximately 10 hours per week and schedules are flexible.
