If you’re passionate about social justice and love to volunteer, apply to a Miner Challenge trip for Spring 2021!

Miner Challenge will be hosting five trips this year: Indigenous Nations, Environmental Conservation, Hunger and Homelessness, Wildlife Conservation, and Disaster Relief. Applicants will be selected to participate on one of the described teams, and starting in October will attend weekly meetings to learn how these issues effect lives in their communities and in the United States. This will lead up to the big event: Spring Break, where each of the teams will travel across the United States and serve communities in need.

Where will you go? Well, that’s for you to decide! This year, participants will be choosing where they want to serve. Along with their trip leaders, teams will research communities that are in need and will choose one to serve for their upcoming trip.

If this seems like a great opportunity for you, head over to the Miner Challenge page on Engage and apply today! Applications close September 23, so you don’t want to miss out!
