Flags to fly at half-staff

By order of U.S. President Donald Trump, all flags at all public buildings and grounds will be flown at half-staff in honor of Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died Sept. 18. Flags will remain at half-staff until the time of interment.
