Coordinating volunteers for the Celebration of Nations, decorating her department’s door with St. Pat’s swag and delivering holiday donations to local organizations on behalf of Staff Council are just a few ways that Jackie Sansone has been involved since joining S&T in 2017.
“I don’t like to sit still,” she says.
Jackie is an office support assistant IV in geosciences, geological and petroleum engineering (GGPE). She has held the role since February. She previously served as an office support assistant III in graduate studies.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband and two daughters. She is an avid crafter and especially enjoys finding old furniture and restoring it.
