Missouri S&T employees who work at the annex connected to Phelps Health should use the main S&T entrance under the portico on the northeast side of the building. If employees use other doors, they may encounter a hospital temperature check and screening station.

If you do encounter a screening station, please provide your S&T ID to proceed to the S&T area where you work. If you do not have an ID and enter through one of the screening entrances, your temperature may be checked and you will be asked to wear a mask.

All S&T employees are asked to check for a fever before coming work. If you work at the Phelps Health Annex and forget or do not have a thermometer at home, you can use a university thermometer in the lobby of the Regional Professional Development Center on the ground floor of the annex. Instructions are located on the thermometer’s container.

All employees are reminded to wash their hands frequently, use hand sanitizer and keep their work stations clean. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout campus. Masks are required when social distancing of six feet cannot be maintained. Masks, hand sanitizer, and cleaning solutions can be requested via the order form on S&T’s COVID-19 site, coronavirus.mst.edu.
