Dr. Costas Tsatsoulis, vice chancellor of research and graduate studies, announces Missouri S&T’s internal competition for the following National Science Foundation limited submission opportunities:

Major Research Instrumentation, reference number 18-513. The internal deadline for a letter of intent is Monday, Sept. 14. There is a limit of three submissions per participant — track 1 proposals: 1-2, track 2 proposals: 1; this includes any combination of instrument development or acquisition proposals among the three.

National Research Traineeship Program, reference number 19-522. The internal deadline for a letter of intent is Monday, Sept. 28. There is a limit of two submissions per participant.

Tsatsoulis says that his goal is to announce MRI and NRT designees by mid-October. He warns, however, that significant NSF changes to these solicitations could delay the internal announcement or, in extreme cases, necessitate re-selection.

Review these and other limited submission announcements, along with instructions for submitting an internal letter of intent, at the sponsored programs website. Proposal development assistance may be available for selected projects.
