‘STEP UP! for Mental Well-being’ training planned for faculty, staff

Staff members in counseling services and Miner Wellness will hold a virtual “STEP UP! for Mental Well-being” training for faculty and staff members at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 16. Bethany Quay, counselor, and Brett Hartley, student service coordinator, will present steps and strategies to help you respond effectively to students in distress from your role as a faculty or staff member. This specialized and interactive STEP UP! training provides an opportunity to practice techniques and address common questions. To attend this 60-minute training, please email counsel@mst.edu.
