Due to current budget constraints, Missouri S&T’s desktop enhancement program will be modified until further notice. Computers will only be replaced based on a break/fix analysis by our desktop support teams. Please submit a ticket online to request computer replacement at help.mst.edu.
If the desktop support team
determines that you are eligible for computer replacement, the information technology
(IT) department will provide a $572 stipend for a standard desktop computer for
full-time faculty and staff. Departments will be responsible for all additional
costs above the stipend amount. This includes upgrading to a laptop, Mac or any
component upgrades to the base configuration. Learn more on the IT website.
